Faust KMO straw boilers

The F-Panna is a series of robustly designed boilers for burning round bales, large bales, and midibales, from 1 to 8 at a time. These boilers are used to charge accumulator tanks, available in various sizes to suit your needs. The boilers are approved by the third-party body “Inspecta” in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23. Net efficiency is over 90%, resulting in very low emissions. Excellent combustion is achieved using Faust Black Magic controls. It is now possible to adjust and monitor the Faust Bio boiler over the internet. Each Faust Bio boiler has its own connection to a website, where both the customer and Faust can access it. The controls send the customer SMS messages with information about the boiler’s combustion status. Faust Bio boilers are supplied with a control room for technical installations and fire-suppression equipment. The flue gas is cooled in a flue-gas heat exchanger. The exchanger is designed to ensure that the flue gas makes effective contact with the water-bearing surfaces. The ceiling of the combustion chamber is fitted with special ceramic stones, which maintain a consistently high combustion temperature and contribute to very thorough combustion of the flue gas.
