Consumer withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. A clear withdrawal notice must be submitted within the applicable period. Merely failing to collect a shipment is not in itself a withdrawal notice. The customer bears direct return costs unless Kardonar states otherwise. Returning large freight items can cost significantly more than an ordinary parcel return.
Business customers do not have the consumer's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; business returns must be agreed with Kardonar in advance.
